Finding out car's details from just vin number

[rumpelstiltskin]

Any good sites where i can find out a car's details just from the Vin details stamped on the floor?,it's an old Renault i bought found in a barn,no v5,no vin plate in engine bay,no number plates just chassis/vin number stamped on floor.

I've previously been able to do this by getting an HPI lookup done with the VIN.
