0% Balance Transfer card

I've got the Tesco club credit card that had 18months 0% on purchases. I've just seen that they do a balance transfer card but unable to check their terms and conditions. Does anyone know if its possible to get a new card with your existing credit card company?

Also, as I'm now self employed would this affect my chance of obtaining a new card?

There was an article on this on Yahoo uk this morning.
Basically it said; plenty of good deals about, but you need good credit to avail of them.
It does list terms and conditions.
