Saw in the paper today that the White House press secretary is "Josh Earnest" - could a spokesman have a better name?
Also this week came across Kenton Cool - explorer - he was never going to grow up to be an accountant with a name like that (not to mention Bear Grylls).
I have always had a suspicion that people with mental health issues have a higher than chance rate of unfortunate names (leading to playground bullying????), but I guess the opposite is also bound to be true.

Any good examples?

Nah, too literal. No "Jethro Farmer the farmer" type-responses either allowed, but Prof Smart definitely yes

New Scientist used to run fairly regular stories on nominative determinism in their feedback section, there's a lot of good one's out there. I think it started with a series of books on the arctic by a Mr Snowman and a urology paper by a Doctor Weedon.

I know a Doctor Healing.
