As above really, looking for some thoughts on what they are like to work for.

Any general information would be very much appreciated.

It's a smashing place to work as long as you don't have a chip on your shoulder. Those who do tend to crack and find their illusions shattered pronto. The interview process should screen out unsuitable candidates as soon as their eyes glaze over, though.

I think the prerequisite is that you have to be clumsy, ham fisted or thick, because I've been forced to use them 5+ times over the past two years and have never had a good experience with them.

You have to have a Brummie accent and be able to make really crap, annoying radio adverts.
