So, what are you going to do with yours at the end of the month?

Just rip it out? perhaps fill it with a Pistonheads smiley disc instead (theres an idea!biggrin) or something else maybe?

Glad I dont have shares in Richbrook mind

My tax expires this month anyway but I'm going to leave the Fiesta's final disc in place and add a similar

style disc holder which has the very first disc with that reg on it.

It's a short 1983 Y plate which I acquired on a RS1600i,now on a 2008 car.

While it is far from being a classic, my MGF is 13 years old. Are there companies out there who can mock up a 2001 original tax disc? The car has its original dealer plates and the firm is still in business, so it might be nice to get one of their tax disc holders with the "original" disc.

One of his is on my desk ready to put in the car. Trifle older though, 1930.

I can't say it's ever bothered me. If you place them correctly it doesn't obscure your vision anyway.

I always put the sat nav in the bottom right hand corner of the window, as im right handed and find it easier to use than stuck in the middle

I didn't say it obscures the vision, but it's there, like a great big turd sat in front of you, i've always replaced tax disc holds with plain black ones without any branding i once had one which was a really decent one, but came with some company logo across it in white, so it had a line of black tape along the middle.
I will be much happier to never have to see one again

I'm thinking of printing tax disks/car logos onto round air fresheners and selling them on ebay, I just need a few hundred thousand pounds from the dragons den first.
