Bluetooth Single Din Head Unit Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a decent Bluetooth / iPhone compatible single din head unit for my Ranger 2?
Preferably one that doesn't make the driver sound like they're underwater - or do they all do that ?

I got this one recently for my Alfa 147.

Three pre outs, you can change the colour of the screen to match your interior, bluetooth, USB and iphone connections, another USB connection at the front and 4 x 50w.
