So, my car was in a garage near where I stay to get the wheels re furbed, I was due to collect it on Friday, however I was held up and called to arrange picking it up this morning. No problem the garage said.
I walked down to collect the car this morning, and as the garage came into view I saw the manager standing next to a police officer. As I approached I made a joke asking if my car was still there, the manager then said yours is the only one left, 4 cars stolen over night. Mine was not taken as when I called saying I couldn't collect it, they downed tools and left it without the wheels on!
Good luck/fate, who knows. I have nice looking wheels now though.
