Cayman S 18" wheels - recond before selling or not?

Hi all,
First this isn't a back door advert! I just want peoples opinion on whether it's worth getting my spare wheels refurbed before flogging them.
I bought them as a spare set for track days, they came with tyres on, and the same tyres are still on them and still legal - only used them on 2 track days (preferred using the M3).
They have slight bubbling round a couple of valve stems, two very slight scratch marks on the very outer of the rim (one on each front wheel IIRC) and some slight bubbling on the back of the spokes (spokes? You know what I mean, senility is a terrible, err, thing!).
4 wheels, all genuine Cayman S 18", all with the markings either side of the valve stems.
Looking at the bay excellent condition wheels with new tyres seem to go for around £900+, scruffy ones without tyres or with part worn tyres around £500 ~ £600.
If I was buying, if they were for track use I'd want OK condition, unbuckled (which they are) with rubber on in legal state (which was exactly what I bought, for £700). For main wheel use I'd want them perfect with new rubber.
Is there much call for perfect wheels without tyres? From what I see a wheel + tyre package can be had cheap (OK, not with OEM wheels though).
Worth taking the tyres off and getting them fixed up by the man-inna-van-with-a-spraygun-anna-heater?
Or just try to flog them as I got them for about the same price I paid? I suppose I can put an ad up here selling them as they are and say if the buyer wants to pay another £250 I'll get them sorted out.
