White Alfa Giulia - Yorkshire
Discussion
When joining the A19 in N Yorkshire early yesterday morning in my Caterham I saw a Cayenne in the mirror being followed by a very recognisable shape- the divine Giulia . Maintaining a very acceptable rate of progress some way in excess of a Seven's preferred 75ish dual carriageway pace. Not sure if Super or Ti - looked to be running lower suspension than in period- Alfaholic job? I waved - what a gorgeous car and what a privilege to see it doing autostrada pace instead of static on a show field . Respect !
Good spot!
I hear that in South Africa now the Gulia Super berlinas etc are commanding quite a premium on the coupes as about 45 years after they were produced, people are finally waking up to the fact that the berlinas have an excellent and better CD and therefore have a higher top speed than the coupes on the racetrack.
Funny old world isn't it!
