Hanging while loading page "cdn.code.haymarket.com"

I was trying to use the "email me" function, but the page just hangs at:

"Transferring data from cdn.code.haymarket.com"

Since you guys switched to all these external content providers, the site is becoming ever slower and less responsive.

You're doing a fine job of driving users away.

That bit of code is really old, so we have removed it from that page and will release the fix shortly.
