993 c4s engine cover

No, the 2S had the colour coded split grill, the 4S did not.
I was supposed to be moving to the US, that's why my C4S got sold, but when i found out i was staying here i tried to buy it back. No such luck :-(
But my C2 is lovely also, i'm happy with it.
Quite fancy a 965 at some point though, or my ultimate daily driver a Ruf RCT Evo. Yum.

burnt,
I would recommend the 993, full stop. Don't think i could ever recommend the tiptronic but that's just personal ofcourse. Other than that, ANY 993 will bring a big fat grin to your face.
The C4S was awesome, frankly, but very snappy on the limit on the road, and when you reach the limit on the road you're going too fast for your safety or anyone elses.
The C2 is more predictable and progressive and has slightly lower limits (smaller footprint, softer suspension) but is lighter and the steering is noticably more pure.
And you can buy the split grill from Gert Carnewal (www.carnewal.com i think) for a couple of hundred quid...
