I need to order some new tyres for my car. I've used Lovetyres before, and I am aware of TyreLeader and Camskill.

Does anyone have any other recommendations for a good company? I aren't putting any budget st on (probably Vreds or GY Assymetric 2's again), but would like to pay less than £150 a tyre if I can smile

Thanks

Tyreleader will be hard to beat but for overall service (including fitting) how about event?

Try Elite Tyres, they were cheaper than Camskill last time I bought tyres.

Oponeo: http://www.oponeo.co.uk/
Camskill : http://www.camskill.co.uk/

and occasionally, blackcircles still come up trumps.

Mytyres... 4 days after ordering, my tyres and wheels turned up from Germany. Top service, tracked all the way. Very professional service and advice. Wheels worked out about £29 each for steels, delivery a tenner each. Which cancelled out the fitting and balance. Very happy.

Cheers guys. I've used Camskill before, they're well priced for the less premium tyres.

Blackcircles have been the best I've found in the past year.

At the moment Tyreleader at the cheapest by quite some margin!

When I needed two P Zero Corsa System assymetrics recently, mytyres was the cheapest place that had them in stock.

I've just bought from Camskill and the tyre manufacturing date was June 2014. The reviews of some other sites claimed that some people were getting tyres 3-4 years old.

I've just ordered new winter tyres from tyreleader... Over £10 a tyre (exactly the same tyre) cheaper than mytyres (£79 v £92) who were the next cheapest.

Earlier this year I wanted some Michelin Pilot Supersports.

After trawling the web, including the usual suspects, F1 Autocentres came out cheapest.
And these had the advantage of supply & fit from the same place, so none of the hassle of supply & delivery from one company and then delivery to and fitting by another.

Similarly, had Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance tyres fitted to the daily driver last month.
Got prices from the 'net and then called the local independent tyre place - they matched the lowest price without argument.

So don't rule out local tyre places or assume internet suppliers will always be the cheapest.

Reports on MoneySavingExpert seem to suggest that MyTyres in DE are cancelling online orders unless paid by bank transfer possibly to minimise Section 75 refunds.

I'll try the local tyre places, but I really cannot see them coming in any where near £147 per tyre (I can have them fitted for £10 each).
