Anyone have any details on the cars and release dates etc for the GLK and M Class replacements. I understand the GLK will now be available in UK rhd and the face lifted M Class is imminent. I believe they are going to be labelled the GLC & GLE respectively. Looking at my options at present and don't want to pull the trigger until I know what these are about.
Hi Harry, hope you're good? The 'facelift' ML has just landed. They haven't changed anything on the car apart from the standard equipment and the option packs.
The GLE has now appeared on the internal order system, so I would suggest that's not too far off. Haven't a clue what size it'll be though.
We're desperate for the GLK, but I think it's a couple of years away still though unfortunately.

That's interesting if the facelift ML has just landed, what is the GLE? I understood the ML was going to be just rebadged the GLE once face lifted. Bringing the line up to be GLA, GLC (ex GLK), GLE (ex ML) and GLS (ex GL). I see the GLE released was the new coupe X6 looky likey, not the full ML replacement GLE wagon.
We're 4 months down the line, since I started the thread I'm hearing the GLE or possibly the new GLC (ex GLK) is nearly ready and may be readying for a June release. Any thoughts?

This is the last year for the X204 GLK and new models are released for sale around the August / September time (at least here in the US) so that timing makes sense.

What is now ML will be renamed GLE.
Timing of all these things for the UK seems very uncertain - there was talk the other day of 4Matic C Class in the middle of this year, but MB have said it won't be in the UK until mid 2016.
