Still absolutely staggered by how this big car drives, rides and handles - and the noise that makes the hairs on my arm stand up (especially after the BR 3 way switch mod)! But just a few things more experienced owners might be able to help with:

Can you tap the engine off at traffic lights/jams without switching the whole car off and on, killing the music and popping the 'key' in and out? Might save £££'s ;-)

I cant see the dashboard lights for indicators - seat on the deck and steering wheel fully up - but top left and top right of steering wheel hides the flashing arrows. Guess I'm stuck with that!

How do you store speed dials for the numbered button keys in the phone system? Manual is scant!

Ohh and why don't dealers lube the doors' gas strut ball and socket joints? Dry as a bone metal to metal!

Not much there really to dampen the delight but any input welcome :-)

Unless the newer cars are different from the older model just pressing the key to pop out but don't remove kills the engine.
The music will stay on for about 15mins I guess.
Can't help you with the others but my phone I find I have to scroll through the contacts.

I would advise against manually adding/using an engine stop/start system to the car, the starter and battery are not designed for the job as in cars designed for that feature. They almost all use AGM Gel batteries and monster starters.

Its purely for tapping the engine off for guaranteed long waits - not looking to wear out the starter emulating a start/stop system like my Mum's Golf! I tried it again at a level crossing yesterday and it just switches the whole car off and locks the steering column etc so its impractical - not looking to reboot the car.

On the phone I really don't think it has 'speed dials' by pressing a numbered key in phone mode - well I certainly cant program it anyway. It seems to jump between blocks of contacts alphabetically when you tap a numbered key but a long press wont store a phone number :-(
