Bishopsgate/London Wall Cross roads

There were about 3 cops on every corner stopping vans/cyclists etc etc for no apparent reason. Now obviously there was a reason but is this just a routine traffic mgt exercise or something more intetresting ? - Saw one bloke go nuts for being stopped - was most amusing.

Probably routine "ring of plastic" cr*p. I used to sit in my office at Monument and watch them pulling all the white vans going over London bridge.
