Post examples of slow, but very, very good, guitar.

It's understandable that people who have spent years trying to master technically difficult pieces of guitar playing would gravitate toward speedy guitar playing. I thought it would be interesting to have a look at some examples of beautiful but slow and melodic pieces.

I'll suggest a couple- Jimi Hendrix's Third Stone from the Sun (based, as reports at the time would have it, on the Coronation Street theme), and Dave Gilmour on Comfortable Numb.

Funnily enough, this is one of the performances I was thinking about when I recently commented on the lack of emotional content in the performances of the many children playing widdly-diddly guitar on YouTube.
