Anyone have any experience of 'achoice' car insurance?

Having been insured with one of the largest insurance companies for the past 7 years without having to make a claim, I recently had to make a claim and am so unhappy with the level of service and incompetence experienced, that I've decided to make the move to another insurer.
Using comparethemarket, achoice insurance have come up with the cheapest quote, which I am minded to go with, but before I do I just wanted to check whether anyone had good or bad experiences with them.
The service offered by one of the biggest insurers has made me feel that you may as well go with the cheapest quote, as there's no guarantee you're paying for a better service!
