Stumbled across this http://www.stuner.net/ which is a lot more detailed.

All Japanese cars (RX7, Skylines, WRX etc) but can actually build engines etc.

Also they do http://commoconfigurator.net/ if you want to play with Holden and

Just a bit of time wasting fun.
