What are the pit falls with these? I'm looking to replace my 5 series with an mpv early next year and i've narrowed in down to 2 choices, either a Honda Odyssey or an R class. I'm looking at early cars 2006-2008, I only do about 6k miles per year and i'm in my late 30's so insurance and mpg aren't really an issue. I'm guessing I would be better of with a petrol whichever car I go for. How reliable is the suspension on the Mercedes and how expensive is it to repair?
