That looks like a Javascript error to me, so it could be a issue with the website rather than anything specific with your Garmin. You might have to wait a few days for their developers to fix this issue. I would say that this issue is likely to hit lots of people rather than just you (if I am right about the error type) so people should start to post that they are having the same issue.

It's alive again. I have lost the entire history of rides on the Edge but as I've everything on Garmin Connect anyway thats no great loss. I think it was a water ingress issue after Saturdays ride. Might have to check my flaps better from now on...

- If the unit is wet then spray WD40 on the connector before plugging it in.
- Do not use the silicone covers, they can channel the water into the sockets.
- Set the activities to save to the SD card, not internal memory and only let about 5 rides build up before moving onto a HDD. In the event of a device failure you will always be able to read the data.
- Learn how to do the hard reset
- Garmin will replace units out of warranty for roughly £100
- Never, ever waste your money on Garmin maps. Free OS maps are available.
