Bmw M3 next year price?

I have a car on a lease deal and it finishes next June 2015, question is how much do you think a Bmw M3 F80 will be going for then? I have seen some almost new cars for about £54k frm BMW but wondering if they will be less than £45k next summer for a 1 year old one by then?

Am I being unrealistic?

I can't see any reason why they wouldn't be, notwithstanding some spiel by BMW about 'making less cars'. I got an E92 approx 18 months after launch for £44k brand new. I can't see why a used example would be more, although the F80 does cost a couple of £K more than an E92 did. I think they'd be around £42-43k used by then.
