In The Daily Mail Today

Des Kelly Writes

Ferrari Bosses are demanding a bigger slice of the Grand Prix revenue otherwise they say they will quit and start their own Compertition. The president of the italian Car giants has claimed "If there is no solution,a new seires will be organised on our behalf." I thought that had happened already? Its called Formula one.

Exactly my thoughts, maybe they just want a 1,2,3 at all races.

Would that kill of a already Fragile F1?

That is just silly, if Ferrari decide to leave then who i going to set up a new series with them?

.............

Nope, unless it is the GWPC or whatever they were all on about.

Much as though I don't like the way they are beating everyone I think fair play to them they have the team and are using it to good effect. I just hope someone gives them a sound thrashing next year.

What' stopping them getting into sports car racing - as well. They used to be very successful in the 1960s at LeMans and other endurance racing.

Which car won last years GT series in the UK?

If you dont know the answer, then that'll be why. It's not advertising if nobody knows about it.

And anyway I believe it was a team running 360's?

I wasn't talking about privateer or semi-privateer teams running Ferraris. I was talking of the days when Ferrari ran full blooded sports car temas - with all the resources of the racing team behind them. In those days, Enzo often put far MORE effort into his sports car racing than the F1 team.
