Started the bonnet hinge mod this afternoon,
Decided to use the existing pivot and bracket but mount it on the inside of the bonnet frame.
Photo shows the cut out to clear the rad and new stays to be welded to the chassis.

very easy to relocate the pivot forward and down to allow wide open.....check my photos
