Would you eat chicken tartare? Is this the same as steak tartare? Is salmonella surface-born or internal?

I'd happily give it a go with a decent chicken.

Regardless of any concerns over bacteria, I can't see that raw chicken texture and flavour would taste all that great... so no! Give me a roasted leg over that any day.

Mmm. Texture similar to sushi and fairly neutral in flavour so I suppose it's About pairing it with other flavours and sauces.
