Washer fluid

This may sound a little lame but I can't find where to fill up the washer fluid. I have a 02 4.5 and in the manual it shows the filler in the centre of the TVR cover panel. In reality the only has a possible filler under one of the intake hoses. This however is not connected to anything. I'm thinking that it is it but without it being connected to a hose/bottle I'm not sure.
If it is this I will need to remove the cover and reattach. Thoughts and help on how to remove that panel.

I have noted that on the 4.5 that I have it is under the intake hose. I will need to remove the F1 panel. Is this a pain to remove.
