Seats for a taller driver

I've posted on this before and read previous posts, but i'd like some concise advice. I have a chimaera and i'm looking at a cerbera. I'm 6'9. If i were to change the seats, which ones would give me most extra headroom? and how easy would they be to fit to chimaera and cerbera?

Heard about Lotus Elise/Exige seats or possibly tuscan seats with removable cushions??

Hi there, I'm 6' 6" and drive a smaller "wedge"

I bought these Cobra seats which will soon be available and surplus as rebuilding my original seats

If you are 6'9" I would have thought you could just remove the seat runners to give an inch of head room and wind the pedals to their furthest stop and you should be ok

Elise type seats are another option as they are very thin so you gain space

I have a long back so I took the seat out and modified the mounting, taking off the runners and fabricating a simple fixed bracket. Sit about 2cm lower now. When I bought the car the seat was actually hightened with some washers, probably because of small driver Check your seats and make them fit

We have a 6'8" Chim owner in Northants who has just removed the runners and fixed the drivers seat directly to the floor, with some method of spreading the load I assume. This seems to work for him.
