I bought here a few weeks ago, and I did the (potential schoolboy error of buying her blind) The car had left the UK back in 2009 down to Monaco where it had only done 1,000 in 5 years. The car was then Sold to a Dealer in Milan where I bought the car and transported her back to Blightly.

So when I spoke to the Dealer he said he had lots of receipts but no service book!!Thank fully when the car arrived the service book was stamped from 1998 to 2007. Whilst trying to understand more about the cars history I stumbled on a previous owner where I managed to contact him and he was able to tell what work was carried out by him in his ownership. To my delight, the Cerbera had a full engine rebuild by RIC WOOD MOTORSPORTS, from what I understand this guy is one of the best at building racing engines. The re build was a standard build but Ric managed to get 385BHP out of the new build, which sounds pretty good for a 4.2.

So far so good, she has done 51,000 and the rebuild 6 years ago war at circa 47,000. I have it in for a service at Wilton Morgan Tvr Specialsts in Berkshire net month, so just running her back in gently(ish)

Good effort. Glad to see as many back here as possible. Interesting option on the black roof ( scratchchin ) but personally not so keen on the air intake work. Sounds like you may have lucked in with the engine work etc.

You should of seen the state of her when she had black vinyl on the bonnet!! Very Very Loud, plus its got black tint of the rear windscreen so I cant see for toffee.... it's only Vinyl on the front grill and roof so I will take it off in time...well, might keep the roof as that looks pretty good close up.

Just having mine resprayed so not brave enough to vinyl it up yet. Way back when someone offered a carbon fibre bonnet and I always wondered what it would have looked like 'naked' on my Cerb

I have a few scratches around the car, the idea is to get a respray of the full car when I have a few quid to do so.. So will kiss goodbye to the vinyl..
