Unfortunately I work with a few guys that love to Mod their PC's in this way. The work that is involved is impressive but the costs make it even sadder IMO....one guy has spent over £1000 on Case Mods alone (that doesn't include any hardware).

Funnily enough he drives a Vectra with LED washer jets too
