Does anyone make replacements or do i have to make my own?.I know somebody advertised them in the Pistonheads web site.

All tvr parts dealers have them. Look on clevor Trevor or tvr power website.
I made my own because i think they're quite pricey and i had heatshield laying around

It's been while but 99.9% certain I got mine from him too...Gordon rings a bell but not at all sure!

I made my own up. I have done under my bonnet and in time will do the rest. I got my heat shielding from here http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/scrollob It's the exact same as was already on the car.

I used no nails or equivalent to stick it on. I would advise getting a wallpaper roller to roll it out smooth once while sticking it on.

I used the same kit as the one DJSteve has shown and from the same source and yes it was a good service and good product. I did it while the manifolds were out and water rails off, the most difficult bit is getting the old pop rivets out particularly the ones down the tunnel.

I have the body off so i sat in the engine on sunday ,it took 10 minutes and 2 broken drills .
