Autotrader live chat

It seems almost every main dealer now on Autotrader has this live chat thing going on. It's usually a plump bird that pops up. Is this some sort of Autotrader service, or do all these dealers have plump birds waiting by their keyboards incase someone clicks on a photo.

Can anyone find a fit one?

Keep you nice and warm in the winter and provide a little bit of shade in the summer.

It does ping through to a person at the dealership (not that many plump birds though) but out of hours or if it isn't answrred quick enough it goes to a call centre.


The call centre is mostly useless and won't know anything about the car you're enquiring about but will take your details etc.
