Want to start a project and after an early Cayenne - mechanicals must be in good order.

Any known of or can someone point me in the right direction...?

I'm settng a budget of max £5k.. wrong time of year perhaps, but on the p/x/trade market, i would have thought I could get something at this end of the market.

i doubt it, i have an early V6 with 85000 on it & I am thinking about selling so I put details in WBAC and they offerd £5975

That's about the same as WBAC offered me for my 82000 mile 2003 Cayenne Turbo..

Read up on bore issues in the V8. I spoke to several specialists many of who won't sell them as used stock anymore.

Also, for £5k I think you will struggle unless you find someone who is desperate.

This is project for me, so happy to wait for the right car.

Time of year doesnt help me.

Also, WBAC offers arent exactly scientific if a V6 and Turbo with similar mileage are offered the same money! (ignoring age and condition for a minute)
