Discussion
Hey there fellow members,
As i needed a runaround, I saw this 2004 Shogun Pinin 1.8 MPI Elegance for sale local to me so went ahead and bought it .. have to say im really impressed with it really like the spec on the elegance apart from the MPG, ordered all the service bits for it and they arrived today so taking it down to the garage tomorrow for a full service and also noticed a creaking noise from the passenger side which i will get checked out tomorrow, other than that its a great little 4x4, anyone other fellow PH'er own one of these ?
heres a couple of pics, wil post interior and engine pics once taken ...

I had one of these.
Great little run around. Expect around 26mpg average.
Awsome in the snow and great fun on a roundabout.
Timing belt and water pump isnt too expensive to get done. Make sure you change the gearbox oil.
Mpi engine is the better as the GDI is a bit of a dog.
Yeah its not that good on the old MPG, but as you state fun nevertheless, dont really need to get the cambelt and water pump done as of yet but thought id get some quites anyway, have been quoted £300.00 parts and labour Great little run around. Expect around 26mpg average.
