So, what was the story here? What was the Tug doing?

It is fairly impressive though. I though he was going to hit the blue one at the end, but it looks like he went full ahead before he did and just stopped short. But, looking at the state of the pontoon(s) afterwards, it looks like he managed to damage some of the boats on the inside too.

Well done that man.

The ship is M/V Cyprus Cement

Seems the tug had an issue with propulsion and wasn't able to manoeuvre the ship, resulting in the loss of control
