email received for sale of car. Possible scam?

My car is in the classifieds at present and after two hours I get an email for a potential sale. The email name doesn't really match the woman's name and she states she has had surgery so will need someone to pick it up. A recovery vehicle as it were.

Alarm bells are ringing at present as I'm pretty sure she needs to be there to sign the document. I've given her a whole host of information regarding the car so feel something may be slightly off.

Am I being overly paranoid?
