Can TV reception be improved in a New Range Rover?

Is there any way to boost/improve the TV reception on the new cars? (2014 L405 new shape Range Rover)

... I can sometimes get BBC1, but I've never been able to get ITV and the other channels are very patchy.

Getting the dealer to check it may be a start, mine seems to have decent reception although to be honest I only watch it when I'm having the car washed!
