In my quest for an e6o M5(weekender)today i drove a 06,93k full BMW history up to 89k.Car is immaculate & appears to be cared for somewhat in its time.
In driving on p400 for while all was good... of course proceeded to p500 to my horror the engine light came on the dash,I enquired to the owner in the passenger seat as to the cause,he nervously replied "that its just a sensor".
I then pulled over & went into idrive to which it said "engine failure-reduced power.I assured the owner that i was saying goodbye without prejudice.
Anyone any positive ideas to what the problem may be or was it the death screen.???
