Has anyone change the horn on a cerebra, mine seem so not like the rest of the car, not very loud and very limp.

Yes, upgraded to

Took a punt, didn't want to go the air horn with compressor route.
Punt paid off with a nice manly noise to do justice to the cerb.

Might be too late now but what you need is a stebel nautilus horn. I had one fitted to my Motorbike and it used to scare car drivers it was so loud. It was even more fun with pedestrians smile

I suspect those horns you have linked too are not much louder than the standard one.

That was my initial worry. Maybe due to the prone position of the original horn its power was diminished with age to a limp beep!
The new ones are cheap enough to change every couple of years after water, salt ingress.
The tone and decibel was superior to original.
I am satisfied with them.

Good stuff, I'd still highly recommend the Stebel to others though, seriously loud.

Maybe, but Id hate to drive along and give that attractive woman a 'peep' of appreciation for her to be so scared she shat her knickers!
