Where to buy water hoses?

Well, following from my last post I took the plunge and bought a road sport from the classifieds, it needs a little tlc, most pressing are the radiator hoses which are quite badly perished, they appear to be available from caterham (at a price!). Is that the only option or is it the sort of thing that can be picked up from the motor factors?

^^ although redline won't do them in silicon (if you're bothered) available from samco, DT, Caterham etc.

It is worth investing in decent hose clamps though, Milakor etc

Depending on what type mikalor is ok but will eventually cause a hose failure as its not burred or cleaned of machining . Plus there manufacturing is nothing compared to other marks. Hence there more focused on aftermarket and are not OEM recognised For many of the big marques. But there jubilee type clamps are good and better than jubilee.

I'm happy to supply some Oetiker ones just let me know the sizes if needed. And I will show a difference of. 1 ear compared to jubilee which is a complete seal. Etc
