Do all the Cayennes have this same facility as 911s etc to get a VAL (Vehicle Activity Log, I think) report? Obviously the rev ranges data isn't likely to be relevant but I was thinking more as a defence against mileage "correction".

This report seems to be useful way of verifying that the car's stated mileage is reasonable when compared to total engine hours as recorded by the ECU.

Yes, VAL data can be used to check plausibility of the mileage - as a guide UK cars do approx 30-33mph average so if the car has 1000 hours on it expect the mileage to be around 30-33000.

RR check not any issue unless its a rare manual (V6/V8 NA or GTS)
