MOT due and Drivers side seat belt frayed and needs replacing. Any recommendations as to whether it is worth just replacing actual webbing or the whole thing?

Doubt you can just buy the belt. Comes as a complete unit from AM as its got seat belt pre tensioner built in.

Had mine replaced under extended warranty. Was initally refused as they claimed it was interior / seating. Pointed out it wasn't a part from DFS, it was the main safety feature f the car.

Its fraying as it rubs on the leather strap on the seat. Known issue. Doesn't affect all cars though.

Sorry to hijack this, but has anyone an elegant solution for fixing/replacing the st magnetic snaps that are on the shoulder seatbelt loops?

The ones on my car had actually been super-glued together by the dealer (Grange - unbelievable). I cleaned it all off, but they still come apart far too easily.
