Updating maps on MY12 Evoque

How and where do I do it? I have a 2011 built car so I guess they could do with an update but have no idea how to go about it or where to get them, so any pointers would be appreciated.

Finding a Halfords here might be, erm, tricky...

So it appears you buy a USB stick to do the update, has anyone done this and does it upgrade or improve anything else?
