Hi I recently had a bulge on front tyre of my Citreon c3, didn't think there was much of an issue changing the tyre but the locking nut key would not fit on the nut and the locking nut looked bent to one side. After trying the locking nut end has snapped off. I still have the key which had the end of the locking nut in but I have now removed it. I took it to one garage who basically didn't seem to try and fix it and told me to go to a Citreon garage where they will use a 'skeleton key' which I don't have a clue why or what they are? Could anyone advise on this as I am stuck not being able to drive due to the huge bulge and no further forward on fixing the problem. Thanks

A small garage should have the kit to do it without damaging the wheel
