Had a first look at the latest S-class today. I've liked the look of these since they came out but was actually a little underwhelmed when I sat in it today. Haven't driven one yet though, so not really able to have a proper opinion.

We currently have a CLS shooting brake which we like a lot but which will go back to M-B early in the new year.

I'd be interested in the views of anyone who's gone from a CLS to new S-class on the pros and cons of each.

I have had an S class for the last couple of days as a loan car and have found it slightly more comfortable than my CLS, the thing that I really liked about was that I could read everything on the sat nav screen without squinting or needing to get my glasses out nerd

Thank you for the reply. The nav screen is certainly big enough!

Then again I note that the latest CLS also has a large tablet-like screen plonked on top of the dash. It looks a bit like an after-thought to me. The integration in the S-class looks much better,
