Some advice? Mercedes or clio 172.

I am replacing my vectra as its engine has gone.

Would like some advice from you guys

Mercedes Benz c180 kompressor avantegarde SE

Or Renault Clio 172.

I could give details on them but I just wanted to know which will be cheaper for repairs and such also reliability.

Any help is appreciated.

Clio will be cheaper, tons being broken and parts are dirt cheap.
