i plan to make some currywurst sausage in a bun , whats the powder that the street sellers sprinkle on ? guessing its just curry powder ?

any cheap uk source for the sauce?

Curry powder. And the sauce is basically ketchup and curry powder mixed together.

Traditionally its Madras Curry Powder, was certainly that when I was in Munich.

You can get the sauce, and I think the powder, at Herman Ze German if you are in London.

Although it is clearly the cheapest Madras powder when I have had it in Germany. And no worse for it
