Got a flat tyre on my 52 plate Discovery today, sods law it was the tyre that was changed over a few months ago so I have two tyres to replace.
Before I get a new tyre tomorrow a friend has offered a full set of 2005 range rover alloys to me.

I have 18s and the range rover are 18s too, will they fit the Discovery ok?

Thanks.

what width are they ? 285 ?
what series are they ? ie 60, 40 etc ?

what PCD does each wheel have ?

else take the RR wheels, sell them and get 2 tyres...

I have a niggling suspicion you'll need hub centric locating rings.

The range rover wheels will fit a Discovery 2 but you'll need the following:

  • A set of spigot rings to take up the difference in hub diameter
  • Range rover wheel nuts as the hole in the alloy was reduced from 27mm to 22.5mm (Stud thread/diameter is the same though)
