Where can I buy car window glass?

[veevee]

I've tried looking at breaker type sites and ebay, but I can't find the particular window I'm looking for. It's come to my attention that the glass isn't actually that expensive, so I'd be happy to buy new. Does anyone know where I can buy a single car window?

Mk2 Skoda Octavia (estate if that makes any difference). Just wondered if there was some sort of car glass superstore somewhere that I was unaware of!

Have a look in your local yellow pages for car glass suppliers/fitters. Surprising, but true... They don't just do the bit at the front, y'know.

Why has no one said autoglass, national windscreens etc? They don't just do windscreens...

Tried the dealer? Usually glass is very reasonable around 40 to 60 for a side glass

I want to do it myself, not pay someone 4-5x to do it. Google just brings up fitters, I can't find anywhere to buy just the actual glass!
