Can't post an ad. Long term user

Good morning all.

I'm trying to post an ad in the classifieds. As far as I remember my account qualifies for the basic ad but when i try and log in i get a login failed message.

Can anyone help?

From what I can see you don't have a classifieds account with us yet. Please register for classifieds, ensuring you enter your forum name (case sensitive) in the user name box to enable the free advert rights.

Ah, i have sold cars in the past but i assume there has been changes following the new classifieds.

I've checked our system and your gmail account isn't in the system, neither is your forum user name. Were you trying to register with a different email address? You must use the one that is on your forum account.

Hi, then i'm not sure what's going on.

I've checked my profile and my gmail account is the one on my profile and the one i'm trying to register a classifieds account with.

My username is also the same on my profile as the one i'm trying to use to register.

Try one more time please, it should allow it this time. You had a few accounts under different email addresses so we've deleted the ones you are no longer using.

Thanks a lot. I wasn't aware i had any other email addresses registered but all good now.
