Maybe you could buy a keyboard with non-capital letters?

That aside, there i'd guess there won't be many insurers willing to cover you being 19, inexperienced and convicted of DD. Of these, the odds on an insurer charging a reasonable premium are even lower.

Assuming you're male you could get gender reassignment surgery and then insure de novo under the name Wendy thus also accruing the benefits of lower premiums as you'd be a bird too

If anyone gets clever just say you are a twin and the drunk driver has been buried under the patio

Alternatively ring every broker you can find
I scored an IN10 (obviously not my fault) and found cover to be pretty simple to sort at not much of an extra premium

Can't help you, but I think a DR10 is an arse of a thing to shake off completely. For private insurance you'll find people who will cover you but it'll cost you; for trade insurance, I have no idea.

I work in insurance, and a friend of mine has recently got 3 points for having bald tyres at 18 years of age, minor compared to your conviction, but bare with me.

He has been trying to get reasonable insurance for the last 3 months with great difficulty. Its just not going to happen for him. (every quote have been over £3500 on a 2008 320d).

by the time you pass and your ban is up you will be 21, unfortuantly in insurers eyes thats still young, and you will have techinically only had your license for 0 years as when you go to court they will take it off you and make you re-do your test.

My advice would be to pass your test after the ban, then not drive for 3 years, by then the ban wont have as much of an effect on your insurance and just chalk the rest up to experience.

Unfortunatly mate its just one of them things, you live and you learn.
