Engine Oil Costs

Last year I bought 5 x 5L bottles of 5W30 oil from halfords. Total cost with offer was £45.

Went back today 1 x 5L was £32.

Anyone know when the next offers will be on???

Euro Car Parts will do you 5L for about £15 and have occasional offers on 20L bottles that are even cheaper (in store only on those)

Get it on eBay or carparts4less.

I like buying expensive oil but I'm not sure why. It's still cheaper than a tank of petrol and only needs doing overt year or two.

If you want to use halfords then get a trade card. They seem to give them to anyone. I've got one, and all I had to do was flash an old mod90. Saves lots on tools.
